Our story
With over twenty years of experience working in senior HR roles across a range of corporate and people-focused environments, I bring a practical, supportive, and thoughtful approach to every organisation and individual I work with. Our experience spans the UK, EMEA, Asia, and the Americas, giving me a truly global perspective on people strategy, culture, and organisational growth.
My areas of expertise include recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement and retention, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and organisational change, including redundancy and benefits support. I combine strong people insight with a solid understanding of employment law to provide guidance that is both compassionate and commercially sound.
I hold a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice and an LLB (Hons) in Law and French Law from the University of Birmingham. Above all, I believe that great HR is about building genuine relationships, offering clear, honest advice, and helping people and businesses move forward with confidence.
I also bring a deeply personal understanding of the realities of balancing professional ambition with life beyond work. As a mum of three, I’m familiar with the daily juggle of building a career, supporting a family, and managing the competing demands that come with both. This perspective shapes how I work — with empathy, flexibility, and a genuine appreciation for what success looks like in real life, not just on paper.
